Kawatsuru Junmaigenshu 13 is a low-alcohol junmai genshu bottled at approximately 13% ABV, considerably lower than the standard sake range of 15-16%, making it an accessible and refreshing expression. Kagawa's mild climate and the brewery's technical skill allow them to produce a genshu at this lighter weight without sacrificing the depth and umami expected from pure rice sake.
