Hanatomoe Miyashitamai Shizenjozo is a naturally brewed Junmai from Miyoshino Jozo in Nara's Yoshino region, made with locally grown Miyashita rice. Reflecting the brewery's nature-first philosophy, this expression is fermented using indigenous microorganisms to produce a sake of authentic regional character and lively, natural acidity.
