Hakutsuru Purupuru Yuzushu is a jelly-texture yuzu citrus liqueur made with 100% Japanese yuzu at the Nada, Hyogo brewery that has led sake exports to over 55 countries since 1743. Like other bottles in the Purupuru line, the product contains a carbonated gel that consumers shake to liquefy before serving. The result showcases yuzu's characteristic bright acidity and floral bitterness in a light, festive format.
