Description

Azumamine Shuzo, the oldest sake brewery in Iwate Prefecture founded in 1781, produces this Daiginjo in Shiwa Town, the historic birthplace of the Nanbu Toji, Japan's preeminent master brewer guild. A small family brewery producing approximately 500 koku annually, it brings centuries of Nanbu craftsmanship to this refined, aromatic expression.

에도 중기인 덴메이 원년(1781년)에 시와 슈조로 창업했습니다. 전신은 엔포 연간(1670년대)에 이와테 최초로 '맑은 술'을 만든 '곤베이 주점'으로, 이후 이 양조장의 기반이 되었습니다. 남부 도리의 정통을 계승하며 연간 500석 규모로 준비 전 과정에 정성을 다해 '이와테다운 술'을 목표로 소량 양조하고 있습니다.
