다이시치 주조는 1752년 후쿠시마현 니혼마쓰에 창업하여, 근 3세기에 걸쳐 기모토 양조법만을 고수해왔습니다. 이 노동 집약적인 방법이 가져다주는 깊이와 풍성함은 어떠한 현대적 지름길로도 재현할 수 없다는 신념 때문입니다. 현재 10대째를 이어오며, 독자적인 초평 정미 기술을 개발해 원료에서 최대한의 순수함을 끌어냅니다. 준마이 기모토, 미노와몬, 묘카란쿄쿠 등 대표 레이블들은 국내 인정과 함께 국제적 명성을 얻고 있습니다.
