将历史悠久的胁田屋以特别本酿造的形式呈现。这款酒由万酿造旧东洋酒造酿制,最初是为「胁田屋之会」专门酿造,即森与栗户为自己饮用而制。因其比博多屋大吟更为清爽的饮用感,最终开始面向大众销售。
