Description

It is Junmai Ginjo of "Sasaichi" brewed in Koshu Yamada Nishiki, a rice produced in Yamanashi Prefecture. It was prepared in the front water of Sacred Peak Fuji, one of Japan's best famous water. The characteristics of Yamada Nishiki were pulled out with handmade piercing ferrous koji and carefully brewed with low temperature fermentation. The gentle and refreshing scent spreads in the mouth. It is a food sake with a sharp and rich rice sweetness with sharp and rich rice.

笹一酒造的前身华屋创立于1661年,1919年更名并整合为笹一酒造。「笹」意指酒,「一」寓意日本第一。酒庄坐落于山梨县大月市笹子町,地处笹子峠旧驿道要冲,富士山的雪融水历经数十年渗透过滤后涌出的清泉是酿造用水的来源,这一名水曾被选为明治天皇赴京都时随行取用之水。酒庄以最高品质的酒米配合这一名水,以低温缓慢发酵的方式,酿造出兼具广博吟酿香与纯粹酸甜风味的均衡清酒,追求酒食和谐的极致境界。
