这款酒米「仁保」曾在二战前于奥丹波地区广泛种植,酿出了不少佳酿,却在战后合理化浪潮中销声匿迹。酿造者寻得仅存的少量稻田,不断扩大种植,终于实现了复耕。在严寒时节,珍贵的稻米历经漫长熟成,这传奇之味在现代重获新生。口感深邃,甜辣平衡,令人感受到酒之本质的悠然韵味。
