Mongai Fushutsu Junmai Daiginjo CLEAR BREW

Founded in 1872 (Meiji 5), it is a sake brewery designated by a registered tangible cultural property in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture. We make sake brewing as water and water that springs from the Nikko Mountains. The representative brand of this book, "Gate Outpo," was born from the desire to lead a high -quality liquor made in small quantities to locals. More than 90 % are still consumed in Tochigi Prefecture. In addition to the longest historical brand "Wakamori", 100%of the ancient rice that does not use sake rice, "Aimai Mimi", and Japan's first clear tank brewing. We are actively taking new challenges that are not caught in the established concept, such as "Clear Brew" ( * patented) and LED color light irritation fermented liquor "Illumina". Based on the solid technology shown by the award, we aim to be a sake brewery with the motto of "free and open -brewing", which continues to take on new challenges in response to the times, to embody tradition and innovation.
