Miyoshikiku Junmai Ginjo Orie

It is Junmai Ginjo, the name of the three sisters of the three sisters. Using Yamada Nishiki from Tokushima Prefecture, we polished up to 55 % of rice polishing. Among the three, it is a relatively clean drinking mouth, which is compatible with both Western and Japanese food.
