Description

This Maruniboichi Junmai Ginjo is an unfiltered (muroka), bag-drip pressed (fukurodori), freshly pressed (shiboritate) kasumi (cloudy) genshu from Kaetsu Sake Brewery in Niigata. The layered production method retains fine rice particles in suspension, adds full undiluted strength, and captures the lively character of newly pressed sake without any charcoal filtration.
