Kirin Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu Koshitanrei is brewed from Koshitanrei, the flagship sake rice of Niigata Prefecture, known for yielding sake with a refined, clean profile. Bottled as a namagenshu, the sake is both unpasteurized and undiluted, preserving the full vitality and concentration of the ginjo fermentation.
