As an unfiltered (muroka) junmai ginjo, it retains a fuller, more robust flavor profile compared to filtered expressions, with the clean, crisp character typical of Niigata's cold-climate brewing. The absence of filtration preserves natural umami and a subtle richness that complements the delicate ginjo aromatics.
