Kenshin Yuusuzumi Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu is a seasonal summer release from Ueno Shuzo in Niigata, whose name evokes the pleasant sensation of cooling off in the evening breeze. Bottled as both namazake (unpasteurized) and genshu (undiluted), it delivers a vibrant, slightly higher-alcohol character with lively fresh aromas preserved by the absence of heat treatment. The combination of ginjo milling and raw undiluted production makes it a bold, expressive summer expression with concentrated flavor.
