Kaminoza Daigin is the daiginjo tier of Ozaki Shuzo, brewed with the ultra-soft Shirakami spring water that allows slow, clean fermentation at low temperatures. The brewery's signature restraint in aroma and firm dry finish carry through even at this premium level.
