Dewa Sansan, Yamagata's signature sake rice variety developed to define the prefecture's ginjo identity, is the sole rice used in this junmai ginjo from Kamogawa Shuzo. The Kubozakura label is named after a famous cherry blossom spot in Shirataka Town, and the sake presents a soft, elegant character consistent with Dewa Sansan's gentle aromatic nature.
