这款吟酿酒以关东产酒米玉荣为原料,精米步合55%,并以岩濑酒造特有的从房总半岛贝壳地层蓄水层汲取的超硬水酿制而成。玉荣是一种个性温和清爽的酒米,岩之井的酿造风格追求如浓郁红葡萄酒般丰富且适合佐餐的酒质。

岩瀨酒造创业于享保八年(1723年),自大正时代起专注于清酒酿造,1947年荣获全国清酒品评会首席奖,现任第11代当主。酒藏距海岸约10分钟,地下水穿过贝壳层,硬度极高,富含钙和镁,发酵旺盛,形成浓郁而带有酸味的风格。为充分发挥米的风味,酒藏坚持"山废"酿造法,约三分之二的产量采用山废仕込。
