Gin no Sato rice, cultivated using water drawn directly from the brewery's own well, was grown by the tōji and forms the sole ingredient of this tokubetsu junmai from Enoki Shuzo in Kure, Hiroshima. The production concept emphasizes a direct connection between the brewing water and the rice raised from it.
