🍶
Description
Brewed from Nippon Bare rice polished to 70% as a junmai, this sake is designed as a good-luck offering for women navigating their yakudoshi year, with the concept of transforming an inauspicious year into one of forward progress. Soft water from the Mujigawa River, a tributary of the Nagara River in Gifu, contributes the rounded mouthfeel and rice-forward umami that mark the brewery's house style.
