沿革
- 1804The family's predecessor, formerly a fishing fleet owner (amimoto), founded the sake brewing business as a sole proprietorship (Bunka 1).
- 1884The brand was named "Hakuinmasamune" by Tesshu Yamaoka (Meiji 17).
- 1958Reorganized as a corporation, establishing Takashima Shuzo Co., Ltd. (Showa 33).
- 1996Changed its corporate structure to a stock company (Heisei 8).
- 2003Kazutaka Takashima assumed the position of president and representative director (Heisei 15).
- 2012Ceased brewing alcohol-added sake, moving to all-junmai production (Heisei 24).
