三洋盃酒造位于兵库县宍粟市山崎町，这里曾是旧时城下町，高濑舟往来运输米材，酒造于1837年（江户时代）创业，距今约180年。酒藏以追求与料理相得益彰的酒质为宗旨，香气内敛，口感柔顺，余韵干净利落。原料使用最高品质的山田锦米及兵库县最高峰的地下软水，采用但马杜氏的传统技法，严格管控浸水及醪母发酵工序，并在「明神矿山」遗址进行长期熟成。

沿革

  1. 1837Founder Keiichiro Tsubosaka purchased the Nukaya Denshichi residence and founded the sake brewing business.
  2. 1887A brewing hall (kura) was constructed (later destroyed by fire in 2018).
  3. 1914The brewing hall was expanded (later destroyed by fire in 2018).
  4. 1933A new brewing hall was constructed.
  5. 1979The business was reorganized as a joint-stock company and renamed Sanyohai Shuzo Co., Ltd.
  6. 1993The brewery began aging sake in a converted storage cellar inside the former Akenobe mine tunnels, under the brand name Meijukura.
  7. 1998Koichiro Tsubosaka, the 6th-generation brewery owner, became president.
  8. 2018The wooden brewing halls dating from the Meiji and Taisho eras were destroyed by fire.
