沿革
- 1848Founded as the historic sake brewery "Amano Shuzo" in Kameyaki, Handa City, Aichi Prefecture, famous for the Shioi Festival.
- 1917Reorganized as a limited partnership company (goshi kaisha).
- 1946Launched the sake brand "Hatsuyumezakura".
- 1984Won its first Gold Award at the National New Sake Awards.
- 2010Established the current company, Morita Kinshachi Shuzo, taking over the business of Amano Shuzo (February 2010).
- 2010Launched the sake brand "Kinshachi" (June 2010).
- 2011Toru Shimizu became toji (master brewer); began displaying "Kinshachi" decorated sake barrels at the Nagoya Grand Sumo Tournament.
- 2017"Kinshachi Daiginjo" won the Gold Award at the Heisei 28 Brewing Year National New Sake Awards (May 2017).
