酒藏位于滋贺县甲贺，以近江传统的"山废酿造法"为基础，旗下"三福"系列全部以纯米吟酿标准酿制，口感鲜活。酒藏使用四周群山环抱的自然丰饶土地所培育的优质米，以及从山中流向琵琶湖的河川地下水，酿造出整体口感柔润丰盈的清酒。通过"山废酿造"与新技术、新设施相结合，分别入桶以充分发挥各批次的个性。

沿革

  1. 1917Founded in Minakuchi-juku on the old Tokaido road in Koka City, Shiga Prefecture. The brewery name "Mifuku" expresses a wish for "beautiful wealth and lasting prosperity."
  2. 1990年代With the arrival of the local-sake boom, the brewery deepened its commitment to local rice and yeast, actively adopting Shiga sake rice varieties such as Ginfubuki and Shiga Wataribune No.6.
  3. 2021年9月Opened the brewery cafe "Kagura," renovated from part of the brewery, offering sake tastings alongside lunch plates using local ingredients.
