花盛酒造所在的岐阜县八百津町地处木曾川中游流域，是江户时代至大正年间河运船只的终点港町，各地物资在此汇聚，曾是繁华的水运商业重镇。如今虽河运已绝，但山紫水明的自然风光被列入飞弹木曾川国定公园，吸引各地游客前来观光。得益于八百津町丰富的历史积淀与优质的伏流水，各种酿造业在此兴盛，酒藏于1886年（明治19年）创立，彼时八百津町正是物资流通的重要枢纽。

Hanazakari Shuzo was founded in Yaotsu, along the middle reaches of the Kiso River in Gifu Prefecture.
2008
The brewery's ginjo-grade sake received the Renmeikaicho Award in the ginjo category at the Gifu Prefecture New Sake Fair.
2009
The brewery won the Renmeikaicho Award in both the ginjo and junmai categories at the Gifu Prefecture New Sake Fair.
2010
The brewery received the Renmeikaicho Award in the ginjo category at the Gifu Prefecture New Sake Fair.
2012
The brewery's junmai sake won the Gifu Prefectural Assembly Chairman's Award at the Gifu Prefecture New Sake Fair.
2015
Hanazakari's junmai sake received the Gifu Governor's Award, the top prize at the Gifu Prefecture New Sake Fair.

The brewery earned an award at the National New Sake Fair (Zenkoku Shinshu Kanpyokai).
