沿革

  1. 1864Founded as the officially designated sake brewery for the Suzaka domain, supplying tribute sake to the domain lord.
  2. 1982Hidesaburo Endo became the brewery's 6th-generation head at age 21, when the brewery had only three employees.
  3. 1988Launched the flagship brand "Keiryu" (mountain stream).
  4. 1993Won the Nagano Governor's Award at the Nagano Prefecture Sake Competition.
  5. 2004Entered the Monde Selection for the first time and won a gold medal.
  6. 2014Celebrated the brewery's 150th anniversary.
