Named after Comet Bennett, one of the 20th century's most brilliant naked-eye comets, this Char series Junmai Daiginjo Nakadori from Endo Shuzojo in Suzaka, Nagano, takes only the middle fraction of the press for exceptional purity and balance. The brewery's comet-themed line earned a Gold Award at the Wine Glass Delicious Sake Award 2018, and this expression reflects that same pursuit of vivid, lasting impression.
