Nadagiku

Nadagiku is brewed at Miyakobijin Shuzo on Awaji Island in Hyogo Prefecture, a cooperative brewery formed in 1945 from the merger of ten island distilleries. The brewery is one of the few in Japan to commit more than half of its production to the traditional yamahai brewing method and has revived the ancient fune-kakari tenbinshibo pressing technique. Its dedication to classical methods paid off when its toji earned a Trophy at the International Wine Challenge SAKE division in 2024.
