黒松白鹿由辰马本家酒造出品，这是兵库县滩地区历史最悠久的大酒造之一，创立于1662年。该品牌于1920年代末以酒造最高档表现首次面向全国市场销售，玻璃瓶装产品标志着酒造早年便拥抱现代流通渠道。滩地区著名的宫水，富含促进旺盛发酵的矿物质且天然低铁，至今仍是这一品牌顺滑均衡风味的根基。

Nov 1, 2022I tried it again next day and it was great. When I tried it last time, it was after having one of Ginjo sakes, so I was not able to enjoy this Junmai flavor. I would recommend to try this solo.
