加能酒造自1819年創業以來,致力於稻米與茶葉的種植,每逢豐收之年便與農民同慶,並祈願豐收年年延續,「上喜元」之名由此而來。釀酒原料採用自家種植的山田錦及加賀五百萬石,以白山清澈地下水「白水之井」釀造,由能登杜氏傳承傳統技藝,手工精心釀製而成。
