Okushika Sannenjukusei is a 3-year aged kimoto junmai from Akishika Shuzo, a small Osaka brewery that grows its own Yamadanishiki rice using natural farming methods. Brewed as a nama genshu with a 58% seimaibuai, it develops deep umami and complex oxidative notes through extended cellar aging without dilution.
