創立於1877年(明治10年),酒藏位於棉麻古道中心地帶。釀造用水為當地天然湧泉,以奧出雲及兵庫縣的酒造好適米,由出雲杜氏的精湛技藝釀造出「山三正宗」。全部麴均為手工製作,杜氏在酒藏常駐約半年,全神貫注地守護著每一缸酒醪。
