了解
創立於1877年（明治10年），酒藏位於棉麻古道中心地帶。釀造用水為當地天然湧泉，以奧出雲及兵庫縣的酒造好適米，由出雲杜氏的精湛技藝釀造出「山三正宗」。全部麴均為手工製作，杜氏在酒藏常駐約半年，全神貫注地守護著每一缸酒醪。

沿革
- 1877In 1877, Eitaro, the third head of the Mochida family, founded "Mochida Eitaro Shoten" and began sake brewing.
- 1936In 1936, the business was reorganized as a stock company.
- 1951In 1951, fifth-generation head Seizo built a 25-meter red-brick chimney, making the "Yamasanmasamune" trademark a landmark symbol of the brewery.
- 1998Released "Kozakai," a sake hand-crafted together with local volunteers.
- 2004Released "Moe Junmai Namagenshu," developed by a female brewer.
- 2007Released "Izumo Kaniwa," produced together with ancient-rice farmers in Hikawa town.
- 2009Released a "90%-milled Junmai Namagenshu," milled at a coin-operated rice mill.
- 2020Released "Usagigumo," a low-alcohol junmai ginjo genshu.
