Hyogo-grown Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% is the foundation of this daiginjo namazake from a Toride brewery with roots dating to 1655. Hand-pressed and bottled fresh without heat treatment, it carries a restrained but elegant aroma with a slightly firm, dry finish.
