眾所周知,前三段釀製採用本酒藏獨創的【酒母】工藝。正因如此,【酒母】秘不外傳,是秘訣中的秘訣。酒中含有胺基酸、有機酸、酵素等對身體十分有益的成分。為了讓大家享受到【酒母】狀態的原汁原味,我們特此釀製了這款酒。這款酒是活的。由於極度活躍,置於常溫以下時酵母會被激活,酒精膨脹後有從瓶中溢出的風險。請務必在5℃以下保存。另外,由於是活酒,每天口感都在變化,到貨後請盡快在數日內飲用完畢。
