Description

It is a plum wine made by pickling Ibaraki plums in more than 30%for ease. It is a rich plum wine that contains about 10 times the extract of plum wine extract by aging method that makes use of the characteristics of sake. It is a liquor where you can enjoy the flavor of ripe plums that spread sweet and sour in your mouth, leaving the refreshing feeling of the pickled "Kimananyo". * Part of the plum components may precipitate, but there is no problem with quality.
