Description

Pink Flower is a seasonal release using Miyama Nishiki from this 70-koku Nagano brewery, where all sake is handcrafted by a team of three through careful koji-making and slow fermentation. No product-specific taste data was found beyond the rice variety and the brewery's food-pairing orientation.
