Junmai ginjo polished to 55% from Fujiseda, Shizuoka, produced under the brewery's Tomoe label. Brewed with Shizuoka yeast and soft aquifer water, it follows the house style of a delicate, non-fatiguing aroma and smooth, balanced palate.
