南部酒造場有限會社
福井縣
南部酒造場歷史可追溯至享保18年(1733年),曾為大野藩御用商家。1901年第六代店主鐵三開始釀酒,「花垣」品牌由此誕生;第七代酒造走訪全國名酒藏習得釀酒技藝,在評比中屢獲佳績,1938年獲選為獻上酒。目前當家第九代高穗專注於珍視傳統與手工釀造,不斷探索日本酒的可能性。酒藏使用在福井縣大野市街道上湧出的「南麻清水」釀酒,該水於2006年獲認定為「福之美味水」,並以礦泉水形式出售,釀酒原料亦以當地產的五百萬石等優質酒米為主。
