Daiginjo was made up of Yamada Nishiki up to 35 % and was prepared by Heisei's famous water: Daiji Shimizu. It features a gorgeous and light scent and a clean taste.
Asa Kai is 150 years old in the Sato and Iwate of "Nanbu Tori". The aim is to make sake brewing with a view to the times, and the motto is "continue to innovate to protect tradition."
