蛻變。蛻變是流動的硬水。瞄準「最高酒米」稱號的山田錦,特別是被認定為特A地區的兵庫縣產米,經精米至35%。以雨水硬水釀製的至高純米大吟釀。為追求獨一無二的「天上果實香」,採用1701酵母。去除華麗的浮躁,以高雅的氣韻升騰而起的吟釀香。熱情光芒之中,仍是無限澄澈通透的口感。入喉輕盈,在舌尖感受到絲絲清涼,那便是雨之精華。第七代水野將心魂注入每一滴的逸品,附有贈禮專用全桐木箱。

丹澤大山(阿夫利山)山頂常被雲霧籠罩,自古便以「阿夫利山」之名廣為人知,與阿夫利神社一同作為祈雨聖地流傳至今。落入山林的雨水滲入地下,歷經漫長旅程緩緩流至山麓。吉川釀造從三口水井中汲取清澈地下水用於釀酒,該水源為硬度達150的稀有硬水,富含鎂、鈣等礦物質,能促進酵母發酵,即使在低溫下也可釀造出清澈美麗的清酒。
