沿革

  1. 1868Wakabayashi Shuzoten, a predecessor company, was founded, producing sake under the brand "Wakamidori."
  2. 1912Nakata Shoten, a predecessor company, was founded, producing sake under the brand "Shogen."
  3. 1984In September 1984, under guidance from the Ministry of Finance, the two companies merged as the first case of sake industry modernization to form Sammu Shuzoten Co., Ltd., launching the "Umeichirin" brand.
  4. 1993On October 1, 1993, the company was renamed Umeichirin Sake Brewing Co., Ltd.
