Yamasammasamune Momenkaido Yuu is a daiginjo from Sakemochida Honten in Shimane, using Gohyakumangoku polished to 60%. The Momenkaido post road is a historic trade route through Shimane, and this daiginjo evokes the refined character of the region's sake heritage.

創立於1877年（明治10年），酒藏位於棉麻古道中心地帶。釀造用水為當地天然湧泉，以奧出雲及兵庫縣的酒造好適米，由出雲杜氏的精湛技藝釀造出「山三正宗」。全部麴均為手工製作，杜氏在酒藏常駐約半年，全神貫注地守護著每一缸酒醪。
