- 1865Founded sake brewing business as Nakazawa Zenkichi Shuzo in Kiso-Fukushima, Shinshu (Keio 1, October).
- 1885Ceased sake brewing and operated as a retail-only store (Meiji 18, September).
- 1924Resumed sake brewing business (Taisho 13, October).
- 1925Named the brand's sake "Nakanorisan" (Taisho 14).
- 1958Began switching from wooden barrels to enamel (horo) tanks (Showa 33).
- 1973Switched from a wooden fune press to a Yabuta automatic mash press (Showa 48, December).
- 1987Renovated and expanded the Kawabata warehouse (Showa 62, October).
- 2002Won a gold award at the National New Sake Awards for the first time (Heisei 14, May).
