Miyama Nishiki milled to 70% is used in this everyday-grade sake from the Kiso Valley, brewed at a brewery founded in 1865 in Nagano's Kisofukushima. Water drawn from the Mt. Ontake watershed gives it the soft, clean profile characteristic of Kiso Valley brewing.
