了解
久世酒造是日本唯一一家從種植釀酒米到成品清酒全程一貫生產的酒藏。自1786年起，酒藏便在自家稻田中種植專屬釀酒米（長成米），並以此釀造清酒。釀造用水則結合了自家地下水（硬水）與名泉「清水」的湧泉水（軟水），水質獨特講究。

- 1766The family's ancestors ran a coastal shipping merchant business.
- 1786Kazaemon, the founder of a branch family, established the sake brewery and began growing rice for brewing.
- 1938Kuze Shuzoten Co., Ltd. was formally incorporated.
- 1978Kazuyoshi became the 8th-generation head of the brewery.
- 2006Won the Gold Award at the National New Sake Awards (Zenkoku Shinshu Kanpyokai).
- 2008Won the Gold Award again at the National New Sake Awards.
- 2019Yoshihiro became the 9th-generation head of the brewery.
