酒藏坐落於日本屈指可數的高原之鄉「佐久穗」，北八岳山麓、千曲川上游，以千曲川優質地下水釀酒，傳承至今已逾160年。2009年起，藏元黑澤洋平親自參與釀造，與技術顧問中澤先生攜手精釀。契約栽培以酒藏35公里範圍內充滿熱情的年輕農戶為主，自社稻米栽培占總使用量的5%，秉持「農酒飲生」的理念，以100%自社稻米釀酒。專注於傳統生酛釀造法，追求風味與酒質的平衡，以及入口後的舒適餘韻。

沿革

  1. 1858Founded in 1858 (Ansei era).
  2. 1898Established Kurosawa Partnership Company; adopted the brand name "Maruto".
  3. 1921Completion of the Taisho-era brewery building.
  4. 1949Incorporated as Kurosawa Sake Brewing Co., Ltd.
  5. 1957Began joint bottling and joint shipping operations.
  6. 1992Won a gold award at the National New Sake Awards and began exporting to the United States.
