沿革
- 1900Began sake production in Inuzuka village, Mizuma-gun, Fukuoka. Named "Asahikiku" (Morning Sun Chrysanthemum), wishing for a vigorous, clean-finishing sake like the morning sun.
- 1952Incorporated as Asahikiku Shuzo Co., Ltd.
- 1983Launched a new Daiginjo sake.
- 1989Joined the "Fukuoka Meishukai" association of 16 Fukuoka breweries. Launched "Ayaka," brewed with locally contract-grown Yamada Nishiki rice.
- 1994Launched "Asahikiku Daichi," brewed with pesticide-free, contract-grown Yamada Nishiki rice from the Itoshima area of Fukuoka.
- 2010年5月An electrical fire destroyed the brewing house through the storage warehouse.
- 2011年2月Completed a new brewing house.
- 2024Yorikazu Harada became President (Representative Director).
