Tenjin is the signature brand of Yokozeki Shuzouten, founded in 1878 as the smallest sake brewery in Saitama Prefecture, taking its name from the Tenjin River that runs alongside the brewery. The lineup spans daiginjo, harazake, and nigori styles, with approximately half of production released as nama (unpasteurized) sake, emphasizing freshness and a lively, direct character.
