黒松白鹿由辰馬本家酒造出品，這是兵庫縣灘地區歷史最悠久的大酒造之一，創立於1662年。該品牌於1920年代末以酒造最高檔表現首次面向全國市場銷售，玻璃瓶裝產品標誌著酒造早年便擁抱現代流通渠道。灘地區著名的宮水，富含促進旺盛發酵的礦物質且天然低鐵，至今仍是這一品牌順滑均衡風味的根基。

Nov 1, 2022I tried it again next day and it was great. When I tried it last time, it was after having one of Ginjo sakes, so I was not able to enjoy this Junmai flavor. I would recommend to try this solo.
