Description
Kuromatsu Hakushika Junmai Namachozo is brewed at Tatsuuma-Honke in Nada, one of Japan's most historic brewing districts, using the famed Miyamizu hard water from Nishinomiya. Unlike other Nada styles known for boldness, this label is characterized by a smooth, slender mouthfeel, with the namazosho (once-pasteurized, cold-stored) process adding a fresh, lively edge.
